COVID19 Update

Dear Customer

Following the recent announcement by the UK Government on Monday 4th January regarding the new Lockdown we would like to highlight to customers how ecoHaus will continue to operate through the National lockdown starting on the 5th January 2021.

SALES:

Showrooms will remain open for “Covid Safe Appointment only” Showroom visits and our Product Specialists will be working from the showrooms to take any email or telephone enquiries and will be offering clients video call demonstrations. We would encourage clients to follow government guidelines and only travel when necessary.

INSTALLATIONS:

Newbuild – Installations into Newbuild projects will continue as normal with our Covid Safe installation process ensuring the safety of our staff and clients.

Replacement – We will be working closely with our clients where we are due to replace existing windows in a house which is currently being lived in to either ensure the works can carry on in a Covid Safe maner or if the installation should be postponed. 

AFTER SALES:

We will be postponing any non-essential Service calls and only carrying out emergency Service Calls only such as breakages, Security risks.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for their continued support through 2021. The actions we take as a company are to protect not only our staff but our clients and ensure we follow the guidelines provided by the Government.
